Business Casual

Business casual should be worn during work hours (unless otherwise specified), at networking receptions, information sessions, dinners, etc.

Skirt/Pants: Suit skirts or slacks may be worn. They must be in earth tones, charcoal grey, dark grey, navy, dark blue or black. Hemlines of skirts should reach just above the knee or lower.
Shirt/Blouse: Shirts or blouses are acceptable, make sure they have a modest neckline and are not too tight, revealing, or transparent.
Dresses: Dresses should be modest and not in any garish or flashy prints. Conservative necklines are acceptable and hemlines should reach right above the knee or lower.
Shoes: Heels or flats are acceptable. Shoes must be close-toed in either black, navy, or nude colors. Heel height should not be above 3 inches.
Accessories:
- Jewelry: Modest jewelry. One earring (studs) per ear, one ring per hand.
- Purse: Purses should be in black or brown leather with minimal attachments.
- Watches: Watches should be gold/steel metal linked, or leather strapped, and sized in proportion to your body structure.

Trousers: Slacks should always be worn. Color options include earth tones, charcoal grey, dark grey, navy, dark blue or black.
Shirt: Dress shirts, or a combination of a medium weight sweater and polo shirt are acceptable. If wearing a shirt, the top button may be unbuttoned and no tie is required.
Shoes: Black or brown leather dress shoes. Sneakers and sport shoes are not appropriate.
Accessories:
- Belt: Belts should be no more than 1 inch in width. The material and color should match your shoes.
- Jewelry: Any jewelry should be modest. No earrings or necklaces.
- Watches: Watches should be gold/steel metal linked, or leather strapped, and sized in proportion to your body structure.
- Socks: Socks should be dark in color and match the color of your pants.
